Kera Halls Reuse

Our concept Rotko won second place in Kera's design competition ↗, which sought solutions for the reuse of construction parts of Kera's halls as part of a new city district. Our proposal ↗ utilizes intact dismantled concrete elements as part of Kera's green construction. Reuse as a part of non-load-bearing exterior structures enables the development of expertise in the qualification of parts at the municipal level. The cityscape solution can be implemented in a short period of time and enables controlled piloting. The plan defines a meaningful urban identity for Kera and sets it apart as its own recognizable residential area. The report can be downloaded from here ↗.
